Outlook 2003 Delegates

We’re new to Exchange and Outlook. In Lotus Notes we were able to send emails “on behalf of”. For instance, if the President’s secretary sent out an email for the president, it would show the presidents name, but would also show that it was sent by the secretary. Is there any way to do that in Outlook? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
