I am the IT person at my company. I have one user that when they print an email for the first time, it prints too many pages which are blank. For example the email might only have a three line body, but the printed version has somewhere like 50 blank pages. The only thing printed on each page is 1of 50 2 of 50 etc. This only happens on the first email printing of the day. I am reinstalled Office, and Outlook, tried it on different printers and gone so far as to set up a different machine for the user. I am at my wits end. Any ideas?
