Outlook 2003 folders

This is in addition to my first post regarding a missing junk folder. I did find the folder in the Deleted folder. Now how do I move the folder out of that folder. I keep getting an error message saying I cannot move this type of folder. If I cannot move it how did it get into the deleted folder. still looking for help.
