I have a PC on my network with Office 2003 SP1, running Windows XP SP1. When ever I right click on a person's name in an email in to To or Cc box, Outlook freezes and locks up the CPU. I've tried removing office and reinstalling it with no luck. Any ideas would be great
Thanks for the help

Was this an upgrade from a previous version? Try each of the following one at a time:
1.) Delet the Outlook info from the user's profile. You will find it in C:\Documents and Settings\%USER_PROFILE%\Local Settings\Microsoft\Outlook. Delete this whole Outlook folder.
If that does not work:
2.) Uninstall Outlook. Delete the folders C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI and C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\System\Mapi. Then re-install Outlook 2003
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
