I have a user that works on the road and when he first boots up his laptop and opens out look it promptshim for his username and password as it should and he can then view his email. However after he closes outlook and reopens it attempt to connect and shows that it is disconnected and never prompts him for a password. If he reboots his laptop he can get in any ideas as to what could be causing this?
