Outlook 2003 meeting requests also being sent to other users

A user in my company's meeting requests are also being sent to other users in our domain.

If i open outlook and select > New meeting and request this user to have a metting with me all the other members in her dept also get the meeting request.

The users all work in the same department. The environment is Windows 2003 all pc's are Win XP with Outlook 2003 as the mail client.

Delegate Permissions

Check delegate permissions - more than likely the setting 'Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me' is checked. Uncheck this.

I sorted this earlier today and you were right on the money the delegate permissions for this user had been set to send copies of meetingas to all users
