Outlook 2003 - message font colors

By ycliuwz ·
Hi,

I have a font color issue with Outlook 2003.
When I receive an email, it only appears in black and white even though there's suppose to be colored fonts.
Tried creating new message with color fonts and color appears.
Have checked in the stationary font options but to no avail.
Anyone knows?

What you see when you create an email is completely different than what you see when you receive an email. You can only control the colors of the outgoing email. Incoming email depends on how it was originally sent to you.

Sounds as if you are reading all incoming emails in plain text.

Check Tools -> Options -> Preferences (tab) -> Email Options (button) -> Uncheck the box next to "Read all standard mail in plain text".

Hi ThumbsUp2,

Yes, have checked that it's unchecked as well.
Hmm...I wonder what it could be.

Could this be a profile issue?
