I have one user who moves emails from inbox to another folder using the Move to Folder icon on the toolbar (this option displays the recent folder names used in moves).
When they carry out the operation the message dissapears. It’s not in the original or ‘move to’ folder or deleted items.
Have recently upgraded to Exchange 2003 SP2 and imported the previous .pst for 50 users so this may be part of problem but it has not happened with any other users.
If this user uses Ctrl+Shift+V it works OK and so does drag and drop.
If I create a new folder that works OK too.
