Outlook 2003 Preview Pane with Forms not working

Created a custom form off of the IPM.Post template.

I just added a 4 fields utilizing the Frequently used used fields drag/drop option.

The form works and shows fine but the preview pane in 2003 will not show the body – only the header info and body area. These are what came with the template stock.

I have found numerous references to this but no resolution. OL2K2 has a registry hack but it doesn’t apply to version 2003.

I am just going nuts here! Any help?
