Outlook 2003 printing

By max ·
One of my clients is having a strange printing issue in Outlook 2003. When they print an email out, if there was an attachment not every workstation prints out the line showing that there was an attachment. I have gone through every menu in Outlook 2003 and can't find a place to change this. They use these printouts as proof that something was sent out, so this is becoming a problem. Is there a place in the registry that controls this?

Thanks in advance!

When you print an HTML e-mail message that contains one or more attachments, the names of the attachments won't appear on the Attachments line unless you have upgraded Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 1.
