I’ve just had a complaint from one of our staff that has apparently been a recurring issue for several people around the office over the months.
When typing up an email in Outlook 2003 – whether from scratch or a reply to an external email – the font size will randomly jump for half a line or so. They brought me a printout of the email they were typing, and sure enough, for half a line in the middle of the paragraph the font size decided it would rather be 14pt instead of 12pt.
Is this an issue anyone else has been able to resolve? Even the lady I work with has said that she’s seen it happen to her own emails a few times.
