Modify Signature while in word

by Auldwin In reply to Outlook 2003 Signature

One possible option would be to modify your signature from within word to ensure this looks the same.

Option 1:
1)Edit a message in word
2)Right click anywhere in the auto inserted signature and select the last option "Email Signature..."
3)Select the signature you would like to modify and ensure the formatting is as expected.
4)Click OK

Option 2:
1)Edit a message in word
2)In the word message, choose Tools | Options.
3)Switch to the General tab, and click E-mail Options.
4)Select the signature you would like to modify and ensure the formatting is as expected.
5)Click OK ontil you are back to the message

Outlook Fonts

by TechRepublic In reply to Outlook 2003 Signature

In Outlook 2003, go to Tools, Options. Mail Format, Stationary and FOnts, Fonts, click the bottom dot, 'Always use my fonts'

You signature fonts will then remain as you set and not changed by Outlook.
