I have several members of our management who are having difficulty with their outlook.
They are having the error “The Calendar folder could not be found”, when accessing shared calendars. most errors i’ve seen online show this fault happening to for example the 3rd calendar to open, or the same calendar for all users. In mine the fault is as following
User A,B,C,& D
User A, can access all but D
User B can access all but A
And User’s C & D can access all calendars.
by thisthe fault doesn’t appear to be linked to User or mailbox.
So far i have tried the following:
– Restarted Outlook
– Moved Mailboxes to different stores
– deleted PST’s
– used /cleanfreebusy switch
– user on another pc
still the error remains. Anyone got any other ideas for this.
