Outlook 2003 (XP) cannot delete any emails

I am using outlook 2003 on a XP Machine. Somehow I am not able to delete any email. When I try delete it prompts me to run Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe). I did use this utility but still I am having problem. I have mounted 3 pst files on Outlook.

Please advice.
