Outlook 2003:drag/drop attachments

How to programatically have access to an email attachment(the actual file), when you drag and drop the attachment in an outlook folder?

Even though the “BeforeItemPaste” event of the Explorer object does get fired when you drag and drop an attachment, the “ClipboardContent” is empty. I want to get to the actual file in this event (Or any other event).
