Outlook 2007

I just recently migrated to Outlook 2007 Exchange Sever 2003. For our Help Desk team, each individual has their own private email account. They also have access to an account called Customer Service Box. My users cannot reply or send emails from this account. Also, if they delete files these files show up in their personal trash can not the Customer Service Box. Is there a way to separate this box from their personal email accounts?

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

you can create a different profile for this mailbox. The problem is that they will need to log out of their email and then log into this box. Or they will need 2 systems, one with their email, and one with the cust. suppt. email.

It sounds like a permissions issue for the customer service mailbox. If they have the ability to reply from that mailbox, it should say 'on behalf of' and allow it, unless they do not have the proper permissions.
