We recently upgraded to Office 2007, and one of our power users had many autotext entries in Word 2003. I’ve found how to convert the autotext from 2003 to 2007 (the Help file actually helped!), but I can’t make the autotext carry over to Outlook. We’re using HTML format for emails in Outlook, and I’ve tried saving “building blocks.dotm” as “normalemail.dotm”, but I’m still not getting any of the autotext entries that I see in Word.
Anyone have any bright ideas on what to do next?
