In outlook 2007’s Mail Pane I have two sub panes 1) Mail Folders and 2) Favorites folders. A client lost his Favorites folders that used to reside in his Mail Pane. I’m trying to restore/recreate that area but have yet to locate the check box or other option to do so. I’ve spent about an hour looking on the web. I’m hoping that someone here has come across this and has a fix.
I’ve selected the unread mail, sent items,and catagorized mail choices in the Search folder and made them favorites. The actual Favorites Folder Bar (which displays the selected favorite folders) is missing from the Mail Pane.
