I have Outlook 2007 loaded on my computer. When I log on as myself, it works just fine. I created another user and logged on to my computer with that username. I started Outlook 2007 and it went through all the steps correctly and opened. However, it won’t close unless I end it with the task manager. I tried to take a look at the Add-ins, but when I open Trust Center, it opens it and then freezes Outlook completely. I’ve tried opening it in safe mode, but that doesn’t work either. Any ideas?
