Need some help with this one. I have a user with Outlook 2007. When she sends email internally some of the characters turn into ascii and ansi text. This doesn’t happen when sending externally.

We have Exchange 2003, with Windows XP SP2 on the client side. Below is how some of her email is seen after it is sent.

    FSE Note????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? Status
    Obsolete????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? to be removed from database
    Obsolete????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? No longer in database

    FSE Note????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? Status
    M&N sent????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? To be published
    M&N sent????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? Published to SYSCO

Any and all help would be appreciated
