Howdy,
I’ve got a user at work having an issue with Outlook 2007 and her toolbar. If she’s running Outlook and minimizes the program, it vanishes. No icon on her task bar and Outlook does not show up in her Task Manager tasks. However, the .exe is still showing up running in her processes and she still gets new mail notifications…in other words it seems like when she minimizes Outlook that it doesn’t leave an icon in her Windows task bar, but the program continues to run. There is no indication that Outlook closes when she minimizes it (or even if she right clicks on the task bar and does a show desktop…anything that would cause Outlook to minimize seems to make this occur), it just doesn’t leave an icon on her task bar. Any ideas?
