Outlook 2007 to Excel 2007

Hi everybody,

I need to supply a report everyday about a backlog we might have in a given mailbox in Outlook 2007.

The backlog is determined by how many emails are unread in specific Outlook folders.

I have a list of 40 folders and I need to put the amount of unread email in each folder in Excel 2007. Anybody can help me with this please?
