We have changed our exchange server from 2007 to 2013. The users with Windows XP workstations or laptops and inside the local network get credential requests each time they open Outlook 2010. If the user is outside the network (laptop user) Outlook opens fine without a credential request. Bring the laptop back into the local network and Outlook requests credentials again.
The Windows 7 workstations and laptops all work fine.
Any ideas on how to resolve.
