We have remote users connecting to our Exchange server with POP3. Their laptops are set to leave a message on the server for 7 days. Sometimes Outlook2K will download the same message a second or even a third time, this could be messages that are 2 months old…
I have not been able to duplicate the problem, but I was able to connect to one of their machines with PC Anywhere and all the settings were correct.
I also have to say that they are using profiles, but they always use the same profile. It happens randomly with random users
