Outlook 2K3 Calendar details don’t popup

There is a user who cannot see any details upon a mouse-over of another person’s appointment/meeting in the calendar. Others can see her’s but she can’t see the details of others. They show up as they should when creating an appointment/meeting. In Calendar Options > Planner Options > Meeting Planner , everything is checked.

She has admin priveleges. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
