Outlook 2K3 differences within the SP3 version

Hello folks,

This is a two part question:

1. What is the difference between Outlook 2003 (11.8206.8172)SP3 and (11.8206.8221) SP3?

2. What do I need to install to go from the (…8172) version to the (…8221)?
