When clicking on an email address link in Explorer to reply or send an email, Outlook will not respond. It gives the message, "Can't create the message." This happens not just on my computer, but others in my office and at home. Is there a correction for this?

In your Internet Explorer, select Options and Programs and check that you have Outlook as your default e-mail program.

I am not sure what browser you are using so I will answer using mine as a reference and you can search your individual browser for a similar setting. In IE 5.x goto tools/internet options/programs. Make sure that outlook is the default email in thedrop down box. If it is look to see if there are multiple entrys for Outlook in this box. Try a different one if there are several. If there is one entry and it doesnt work drop back to a previous install of IE and then do a reinstall of IE 5.x it will search again to get the email program.
hope this helps.

Make sure that you do the following. (for IE 4.0) Select View -- Internet options -- Programs -- Mail >> Outlook or Outlook Express (Make sure that your outlook is configured) E-mail me for any other details.
