What I am wanting to do is set up a rule where I can do the following. If a users sends and email to the IT eamil account I want it to reply only after I open it. I can set up the rule to reply to the user after they send it. The reason I ask is it might be 24 hours before the eamil is read. I could probably get this done with some sort of VB script but I don’t know VB. Any clues?
