Outlook 98/2000 Calendar Years

Outlook displays the calendar year up to 2002 on some users PCs. Others display through 2003. I tried upgrading from Outlook 98 to 2000 but it doesn’t solve the problem. I assume the data is contained in a file on the users’ PC but what is the file name? Can I copy it from one PC to another? Thank in advance.
