outlook 98 is slow on W2K

Hi all
I’m using w2k pro with outlook98, NT server and exchange 5.5 enviroment.
intermittently outlook becomes sluggish, and closing all other programs does not fixed. The only fix is a hard reboot. Any idea why is there a known issues between outlook98 and w2k?
