Using the rules wizard to forward to external e-mail account doesn’t seem to work.
A. I have a mailbox that is a dummy for an external user. All it is supposed to do is receive, forward and delete.
B. RulesWiz says forward to external_addr &move to deleted items folder. It moves to deleted items folder, but fails to forward to the external e-mail box.
Do I have something configured wrong or does Outlook not allow external forwarding?
