Outlook and Multiple Exchange mailboxes

I am using Outlook 2000 with Exchange 5.5 on Win2k pro desktops.
I would like to setup Outlook to allow me to manage a help desk mailbox as well as my personal mailbox. Can I configure it so that the from field of any emails generated in the support mailbox will show help@domain.com and my personal emails will still show myuser@domain.com from the same Outlook client?
