Outlook blocks access to folder files
We're running a PC with Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2002, and it's access to an Excel 97 file contained within an Exchange 5.5-based Public Folder is being blocked. The security feature says the file is considered unsafe and is therefore not accessible.
The staff member using the PC is quite sure they've installed the latest email security update, and I'm wondering if there's any way to either roll the update back or configure Outlook to allow access to this file?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
