outlook calendar

By maisonh ·
Is there any way to share a calendar? If not, does anyone know of any good calendars that can be shared over a network? Thanks.

As long as your on Exchange, you can share your calander. The easiest way is to highlight CALANDER in the left window. Right click=>properties, select the permissions tab and click add. Select who you want to see it. After you've selected every one you want to see it, select OK. Higlight each name and select what permissions you'll give them.

If you do not have Exchange Server you may want to try out OfficeCalendar,, an add-in for Microsoft Outlook.

OfficeCalendar lets you share Outlook calendar, contact and task information without the need for Microsoft Exchange Server.

OfficeCalendar is easy to use and affordable when compared to costs of licensing Microsoft Exchange Server.

Good luck,
