Outlook Calendar Sharing Across Domains

We are about to migrate about half of our Exchange 5.5 environment to a new organization/domain, but in the same geographic location. Clients left behind in the source domain will continue to require access to the calendar information of users migrated to the new domain.

Do you have any technical solutions or third-party tools that would enable cross-domain/organization OUTLOOK calendar sharing?
