    Outlook Calender Meeting Request

    Hi,
    We have a director who uses Calendar meeting requests a lot in outlook. The problem is that every time he sends a request, a copy of it is sent to his secretary (Which is fine because she has “Editor” rights to his calendar), the issue is that the previous secretary keeps getting a copy of the meeting request and it states that it was send from his current secretary. The meeting request can be to anyone except his previous secretary, but she still receives a copy and the copy states that it was sent from his current secretary. I looked at all the settings and cannot determine why this is happening?

      Be careful with DLs Try to avoid sending meeting requests to distribution lists (DLs), particularly ones that you are a member of. If you need to invite all the members of a distribution list, expand the list in the To line before sending the request. If you need to add or remove attendees from a meeting request that you already sent to an unexpanded distribution list, don’t expand the list and start adding or deleting names. Instead, cancel the meeting and create a new one.
