Outlook “Cancel Request” Dialog Box Beha

We are are running Exchange 5.5 sp4. We are receiving a lot of pop up request in Outlook 2002 “requesting data from exchange server. I found an article in tech net 293650 that the registry can be modified but futher in the article it said ” This policy overrides the Exchange service Seconds until server connection timeout setting, although it does not disable this
setting in the user interface (UI). We can I set this setting on the server so each machine will not have to modified???
