Hi, guys, I got a very weird problem with my outlook address book, all of my contacts can be found in Contacts Tab(I can see them, search them, and send mails by right click on any of them), but if I start a new email and click “to” or “cc” button to select contacts in the pop up window, none of my contacts will show up. I’ve already checked the option “show this folder as an email address book” for this contact folder.
Funny thing is if I add new contacts with email addresses, these new added contacts can be listed in the window poped out after click “to” or “cc”, but I still can’t find my old contacts in this window.
Here’s how it happened:
I got each contact a duplicate one in my outlook address book, maybe because of unproper sync with mobile phone or whatever, so I delete all of my contacts, then sync my computer with my windows mobile phone to get all contacts back, now those duplicate contacts disappeared but this weird problem show up.
It’s really weird:
1, I’ve already checked the option to show this contact as an email address book.
2, Newly added contacts can show up but old ones can not.
Hope I clearly described my problem.
