Outlook ‘Contacts’ Folder troubles

I’m currently experiencing two issues in Outlook 2000. The first and more important of the two, is when a delegate of a user’s mailbox adds a contact for that user, it automatically shows up as ‘private’ without checking the box. The delegate cannot view it.

The second issue is whenever someone sends a contact in an email, the ‘save and close’ button does not save it to your contacts folder. It more or less just closes it. The screen needs to be reduced and the contact attachment has to be physically drug to the contacts folder. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
