I have a INtel P4 with around 3 gb left in that partition. I have quite a few mesages stored offline. When i try to start out look express i get this message.
First message window
Outlook express could not be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook Express message Store. Your compuer may be out of memory or your disk is full.Contact Microsoft support for further assistance.(ox80040154, 2)
Second message window
Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized . Outlook express could may not be installed correctly
