Outlook crashes and no-one can help me!!

I am having problems with a handful of pc’s which are crashing in Outlook. It seems to happen more often when the computer has been left alone for a while with only Outlook running.
I have tried a few things like the AV software being changed, removing the mailbox altogether and replacing it with a fresh clean mailbox to no avail.
I am also finding it hard to get help on this matter.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
