Outlook crashing

I have a user that is having his Outlook 2000 crash, a lot. When it crashes, the error is “Outlook.exe has created an application error at reference 0x3f99d31d at memory location 0x0000003.” Or words to that affect. I know that it has happened when trying to archive messages, but may be happening at other times.

I checked the KB site at Microsoft, but couldn’t find those specific errors referenced. Nothing has changed, to my knowledge, with the machine. Outlook just started crashing thismorning. Anyone have any thoughts?
