Outlook Displaying of contacts

I need to find out if there is a way to change the way contacts display when you click on a new email and click the 2 button and select contacts. On this screen it displays as first name and than last name. I have found a way to change the way it displays in contacts but it has no effect of how it displays in the example I explained. My companys Global address list does display last name and than first name.
