I looked around and didn’t find this specific question, so please forgive if I missed it. I have a laptop user who connects to her SBS Exchange account when in the office, but when on the road she pops in for her mail. This all works fine, but when she is in the office and hits Send/Receive duplicate messages appear in her Inbox because it is hitting both Exchange and pop at the same time. In the past I have configured separate “In Office” and “Out of Office” profiles for Outlook, but this concept appears to be beyond her grasp. There must be a simple way around this. Any suggestions?
