Outlook email notification when new entry been made into the calendar?

By kramar2uk ·
One user complained that when someone ( other user from his PC) makes a new entry into her calendar ( Outlook 2003) she doesn?t receive an email notification which is annoying as she could miss something important unless she checked her calendar manually.
Any ideas how to fix this issue.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

This is not an issue TO be fixed. It is not normal for Outlook to send the owner of the account an email when an entry is made into their own calendar. If it did, she would receive an email when she made an entry herself.

Either change your office policy and tell the people who are making entries into this calendar to send an email (or leave a note on her desk) to notify the owner of the entries, or tell the user to look at her calendar a little more often.
