I have been over the account pop3 settings, as well as the outgoing smtp setup. I am running Win98 with Internet Explore 6, Service pack 1.
One other thing: the pop logon screen comes up, I enter the account name, and password, then hit the O.K. button…One second passes then the logon screen returns. I reenter it all again, and it comes back again…Over and over again.
