outlook express and acrobat reader

By kk3010 ·
I have an outlook express that can not open a pdf file that is attached to a mail.

I have looked at file associate, it is standing correct. I have looked in regedit, and it is the same here.

There are no error codes it just will not open acrobat reader files.

Re-install adobe acrobat reader.

I've seen this before. Sometimes it just won't open from e-mail... sometimes it won't open from file--> open either. A re-install usually resolves this.

Is it just a PDF or any attachment. If the latest version of Outlook Express was installed it will not open attachments unless you go to Tools, Security and uncheck the box that allows openting of attachements.
