Outlook Express Attachment (Save Default Settings)

Is there a way to set in Outlook Express where you prefer your attachments to save to such as if I want all attachments I save to be saved in C:\documents and settings\myname\mydocuments? Is there a place I can set what I prefer the default save location to be?
