Outlook Express bcc

I know there is a free utility which allows you to sent a bcc to several recipients in one email but the recipient gets the email addressed only to them. For example I send one email to Joe, John and Max. Joe gets the email from me
to him, John gets the email from me to him etc.

Its like bcc except you don’t get unknown-recipient in the mail sent To: instead the recipient sees his name.
