outlook express file exports

Is there a utility to read outlook express .dbx folders outside of OE? The intent is to export the entire folder to a text file so that it can be archived and manipulated ala UNIX style with grep, Perl, etc, or even just a word search. The problem is that we have loads of older folders that have been put off to CD, etc, and it is now too much to manage to have them all available in an Outlook Express session.
